After Sales - Repair Department Internship

STARTING FROM NOVEMBER | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS 

We are looking for a passionate and engaged After Sales Intern to join out Repair Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).

ACTIVITIES

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Divide returns received by channel (retail, wholesale and e-commerce), register and inspect items;
• Create lists, ddt, files and prepare articles with the necessary accessories to be sent to external laboratories for services to be performed;
• Receive the articles from the laboratories and verify the services performed;
• Manage the first shipping of articles to the different channels, including documentation;
• Manage stocks and accessory and raw material orders;
• Managing the first passage of shipment of accessories and raw materials, including documentation;

REQUIREMENTS

• Techncal/Fashion Diploma or Bachelor degree in Economics;
• Proficient in English;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
• Good interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork;
• Good organisational and planning skills;
• Passionate and proactive.
