ACCESSIBILITY DECLARATION

The Moncler Group, together with its two brands Moncler and Stone Island, strives to embody a new concept of luxury; marked by experiences, inclusivity, community, and the fusion of different concepts and worlds such as art, culture, music and sport.

Operating in an international and multicultural context, the Group considers diversity to be a key asset. It welcomes and values all differences, and allows each individual the freedom to express their talents.

One of the five strategic priorities of the Sustainability Plan 2020-25 is the commitment to an increasingly inclusive culture.

The numerous activities of the DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) program also include efforts to ensure that our platforms are also accessible by people with different abilities or who use assistive technology.

ACCESSIBILITY JOBS.MONCLER.COM

Since 2020 the Moncler Group has been working with an external partner, a leader in the field of web accessibility, to test, correct and maintain the website jobs.moncler.com in accordance with the relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as with current international web accessibility regulations.

The goal is progressive alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

To achieve this, we have established a program aimed at introducing accessibility as an essential requirement of every stage of the life cycle of our digital platforms.

We have been carrying out the following activities on a regular basis since 2021:

-   Analysis of design accessibility, with the aim being to confirm that the graphic design meets the accessibility requirements we have established.

-   Accessibility audits to validate the compliance of the site (and its code) with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and identify any guideline violations and areas for improvement.

-   User testing involving the disabled community, to confirm accessibility while in use and identify any areas for improvement based on the feedback obtained from users as they carry out their tasks. In this particular case, tests carried out with users of varying abilities did not detect any problems that prevented them from successfully completing several work-flows within the site, including (but not limited to):

  • Searching and selecting the product, through interaction with filters;
  • Adding the product to the cart;
  • Purchasing the product;
  • Registration;
  • Logging in;
  • Consulting the personal area.

-   Accessibility training for all departments.

-   Quality Assurance, with the aim of conducting consistent testing activities at each release.

-   Monitoring, which involves: automatic weekly testing to obtain high-level feedback on site accessibility, weekly usage tests using the keyboard only and monthly test carried out by a visually impaired user.

We are, however, aware that there are currently nonconformities with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard of low to medium severity in some areas of certain pages, which will be resolved as soon as possible, such as:

  • 1.1.1 - Non-text Content: some images and icons do not have a meaningful alternative.
  • 1.3.1 - Info and Relationships: the order of some headers is not properly managed.
  • 1.4.3 - Contrast (Minimum): some text does not have sufficient contrast with the background image.
  • 1.4.4 - Resize Text: when increasing the size of just the text to 200%, part of the footer is hidden from the main content of the page.
  • 1.4.11 - Non-text Contrast: the operable area of some inputs does not have sufficient contrast with the background.
  • 2.1.1 - Keyboard: the fast checkout function is not available when using the keyboard only.
  • 2.4.6 - Headings and Labels: some elements used for layout purposes have been incorrectly marked as headers.
  • 4.1.1 - Parsing: duplicate IDs are present on a minority of pages.

The above examples do NOT represent critical issues when using assistive technology.
