We are looking for a Showroom Sample Operations Specialist to join our Showroom team based in our Milan Headquarters.
Your Impact
The Showroom Sample Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the organisation of the HQ Showroom stock movements and inventory.
The objective of the position is to create a memorable brand experience, assuring the samples quality and an impeccable samples state at any stage.
Activities
- Manage, receive and deliver products and supplies correctly, ensuring an efficient process
- Ensure permanent accuracy of stock within the showroom and organizes weekly/monthly cycle counts
- Ensure efficient organization of stockroom, showroom display stocks and supervises their impeccable state at any stage
- Be responsible for the appropriate application of storage rules, stock procedures and best practices
- Support the team in the selling process, ensuring an outstanding buyer/customer experience
- Provide smooth handling of omnichannel samples requests
- Efficiently manage returns, ad hoc and half-yearly inventories
- Supervise follow-up and correct negative stocks
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
- Proficient with Excel / IT tools
- Knowledge of PLM
- Team spirit
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment
