Internship EMEA Omnichannel Projects Assistant

Within the EMEA Omnichannel team, we are offering an Internship as Omnichannel Projects Assistant.

The intern will support the EMEA Omnichannel team in the following main activities:


Ongoing support to the functions: Retail Operations, Training and Clienteling

  • Payments. Contracts with subcontractors. PO creation. Documents workflow
  • Meetings. Booking of rooms, organization of meetings up to the end, informing participants and organizing trips if needed
  • Presentations. Visualization of information for NL and presentations
  • Reports through using internal platforms and Excel
  • Cascading info to stores through emails, NL, calls and visits to stores 

Projects support:

  • Omnichannel light. Collaboration with retail stores through cascading info and rechecking it’s understood and used. Further roll out of “click and exchange”. Gather info and required statistics regarding the services. Answer requests of stores. Propose ideas on how the services/results can be improved
  • Targets Setting (One to One) follow up on execution and figures with stores
  • Monpos, RFID, Adyen. Roll out of projects. Gathering statistics, follow up with retail stores
  • Traffic and conversion rate. Recheck of the data received from shopper tracks. Preparing MTT files for key stores
  • Inventories. Summaries info on discrepancy level
  • And other projects



  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with the use of computer and software applications
  • Natural flair for dealing with people, empathy and intuition
  • Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Actionoriented and drive for results, excellent team player
  • Be really passionate about the fashion industry
  • Previous international experiences both in professional and nonprofessional contexts are considered a plus
