EMEA Financial Planning & Control Analyst

The Financial Planning & Control Analyst will be based in Paris, and will be involved in the following activities related to the EMEA Region.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cooperate with the Accounting team in the activities related to monthly/year-end closing 
  • Prepare budget/forecast of the Region and business plans related to retail opportunities
  • Regularly analyse financial variations of actual figures vs budget/forecast, also cooperating with business partners
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends, stores' productivity, retail costs 
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards

 

PROFILE AND EDUCATION

  • University degree in Economy, Finance or Management Engineering
  • ~3 years of working experience, ideally in consulting / business analysis / retail control
  • Results orientation, analytical skills, problem solving competencies
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports and projections for management
  • Preferred proficient usage of Microsoft Office, SAP and knowledge of Tagetik, Microstrategy
  • Fluency in English is a must, Italian/French will be a plus
