Wholesale Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (Temporary)

The Wholesale Customer & Logistics Service Specialist will serve as primary liaison for the Wholesale and Hybrid Management team by overseeing client’s needs throughout the whole flow of orders and shipments. Ensuring to promptly share with the Management team challenges, risks, and areas of opportunities within logistics coordinator. To maintain a smooth, efficient, and high-level service to clients throughout the total process.

Job Description:
Nordstrom Hybrid Coordination

• Post-campaign UPC creation & EDI PO allocation
• Goods release from NJ warehouse to Nordstrom network
• Shipment monitoring & Weekly Shipping Report
• EOS & damaged RTV management
• Stock adjustment management 
• Main liaison with Nordstrom counterpart on all above subjects

Saks Marketplace Coordination

• Compile and maintain up to date Catalogue & Copy information
• Own go-live timing and upload of catalogue on new product launches based on campaign, inventory, and production schedules
• Audit the website daily to quality control and resolve any issues
• Troubleshoot order management and RTV issues with warehouse and/ or Saks Customer Service
• Troubleshoot product set up issues: work with Saks, IT, digital, and partnership teams to resolve

Wholesale Copy & product information

• Compile and maintain up to date all copy requests from major clients
• DSA and master contact list management

Wholesale Logistics

• Support wholesale logistics team with goods release, Order Confirmations and EDI PO allocation during peak season (same process as Hybrid)
• Support wholesale logistics team with weekly shipping report

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to take direction and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Familiarity with major US and Canadian retailers
• Knowledge of Stealth3000 preferred however, not mandatory
• Possess strong attention to detail and can work with numbers
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Strong written, verbal, organization and computer skills including excel, power point, and word
• ‘Hands-on’ with willingness to assist in other areas of the business

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to work and have authorization to work in the US
• Must be willing to work overtime with short notice, especially during market
• Must be willing to travel as necessary to clients and conduct product seminars

This position is classified as exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, as this employee’s primary duties consist of the performance of office or non-manual field work directly related to management policies and/or general operations.  Moreover, it is expected of this position that the employee will customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment, utilizing his or her training, experience, and knowledge.

Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly rate range is $25.00 per hour to $31.35 per hour.
