IT Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT, the IT Coordinator will ensure seamless functionality and support for both corporate and retail environments. This role requires a proactive individual to manage systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across corporate offices and retail stores.

Resolve system and application issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact.

Prioritize, escalate, and track unresolved issues to higher-level support teams and drive resolution.
Systems Management

Oversee the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and cloud solutions.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licensing to maintain security and compliance.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Vendor Coordination

Liaise with external vendors for software updates, hardware repairs, and IT-related contracts.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades that align with business needs and objectives.
Training and Documentation

Perform onboarding/offboarding activities to ensure new hires receive an elevated user onboarding experience. In addition, share responsibility for executing proper offboarding procedures for departing employees.

Support the develop and delivery of training sessions for end-users on new systems or technology enhancements.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, inventory, and issue resolution procedures.

Education

An associates degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

In lieu of degree, relevant hands-on experience in technical roles is acceptable.
Work Experience
-
3-5 years of experience in deskside experience in deskside support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Experience in retail IT support is a plus.
Special Skills and Personal Attributes
-
Technical Certifications: Strong technical skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be CompTIA A+ certified.

Understanding of retail operations, and proven experience with new store openings and IT infrastructure setup.

Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

Knowledge of retail-specific software and systems (e.g., Cegid, POS, ERP, CRM, SAP Arriba is a plus).

Highly skilled in technology with advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.

Must possess working knowledge of Active Directory.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate for the hourly range is $33.00 to $38.50 per hour ($68,640 to $80,080). This position is overtime eligible.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for [an annual bonus / a quarterly bonus / commission], and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 11 paid holidays, 2 floating days, accrue up to 15 days of paid vacation time, 2 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
