We are looking for an engaged and passionate Sustainable Innovation Coordinator focused on synthetic materials to join our Sustainable Innovation Department, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.

 

Your Impact

 

The scope of work includes strategic support to integrate sustainable materials and technologies into products and technical support to define and identify sustainable materials and technologies.

Activities:

 

  • Identifying, launching, managing, and monitoring innovative projects with our suppliers, start-ups and involved business functions
  • Analysing and scouting innovative opportunities, materials and technologies
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure the project goals and deadline
  • Researching and comparing new materials, solutions, processing technologies to improve knowledge and material library, ensuring that the database is properly organized and updated

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

 Main Qualifications: 

 

  • Undergraduate background in Chemical and Materials Engineering or any other relevant scientific background
  • +4 years of experience in the polymer or synthetic fibers industry.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain management in textile industry and printing is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of textile chemical engineering and processes and/or materials science
