Sustainability Specialist

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability Department, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.
Your Impact:
The Sustainability Specialist will help improve and oversee strategies and practices for human rights due diligence in the supply chain.
This role will also oversee the assessment and monitoring of each step of the human rights due diligence, improving the reporting within the organization related to these topics and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Activities:
• Ensure human rights and due diligence in the supply chain are integrated into our sustainability practices
• Implementation of engagement activities and specific projects on human rights along the value chain
• Develop tools for analyzing the Group's social impacts along the supply chain.
• Research on reporting standards, competitor performance and stakeholder trends with regards to sustainability
• Data collection process in line with Sustainability Reporting Standards
• Collection of qualitative and quantitative information to be included in ESG ratings
Who We Are Looking For
Main Qualifications:
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field like Law or Business/Economics
- Experiences in with Excel and other MS Office tools
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Strong affinity with Sustainability, in particular with social topics
- Expertise in human rights and related due diligence in the supply chain
