Product Development Manager Cut & Sewn - Maternity Leave

We are looking for a Product Development Manager Cut & Sewn to join our team based in Milano. The candidate will replace a maternity leave.

Your Impact

The PM Cut & Sewn will join our Cut & Sewn Product Development Team, reporting to the Knitwear & Jersey Operations Director. We are looking for a candidate with a previous experience gained in luxury & fashion contexts.

Activities:

• Meeting with raw materials suppliers and façon
• Supplier assignments
• Collaboration with times and methods function for prices and CVP calculation
• Budget monitoring
• Participation in committees and post-committees
• Participation in pricing review meeting
• Style/product/pattern agenda coordination
• Managing production fitting
• Invoice approval

Who We Are Looking For

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Managing people;
• Experience in structured organizations:
• Experience in Cut & Sewn Departments;
• Able to work both independently, and in teams, with a hands-on approach
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment
• Fluent in English
• PLM;

• A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging and creative approach to work and surroundings
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
• Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
