Omnichannel Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Omnichannel Operations Specialist to join our Omnichannel Operations Department based in our Milan Headquarters.
Your Impact
You will play a key role in supporting the opening of new stores, managing the supply and development of service materials, and overseeing cost control.
Your challenge will be to evolve and implement in-store processes to enhance customer-centric retail management across all Moncler stores, collaborating with a very broad group of corporate and store teams.
Activities
- Coordinate with all Regional Operations teams for training and rollout of related projects to ensure excellent execution
- Follow up and support Regional Operations teams to ensure supplies and service materials for stores are delivered and utilized according to corporate procedures
- Coordinate with regional and HQ partners to ensure timely opening of new stores in all countries
- Support, updating and developing corporate procedures for stores to ensure correct implementation
- Prepare meeting minutes, maintain up-to-date documentation, and create impressive project presentations for Top Management and other business areas
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within fashion or luxury industry
- Previous experience in store
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Microstrategy, Jira and Confluence knowledge would be considered as plus
- Fluent in English
- Solid organizational and project management skills
