Learning & Development Intern

Moncler is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join the team in the Global Headquarters in Milan.

 

The Role:

 

The Learning & Development Intern will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of training and development solutions, as defined by the strategic direction of the team and agreed upon with the relevant Learning & People Development Senior Manager. The Learning & Development Intern will work closely with the team to ensure collaboration and consistency in both global and local training and development projects.

 

The Intern will:

 

- Support the L&D team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities, always keeping in mind the team strategy, company culture, Moncler values and our tone of voice towards our internal customers.

 

- Prepare communications and presentations for training courses/content.

 

- Manage and monitor L&D team communication across different contact channels (LXP platform, email, open chats)

 

- Managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content in the online training platform.

 

- Tracking training hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team.

 

- Preparation of reporting or data required for L&D team projects.

 

- Designing communication plans for L&D projects (basic level).

 

- Operational management of external training providers.

 

- Support in the management of training plans for interprofessional training funds (Fondimpresa; Fondirigenti).

- Demonstrates proactivity, results orientation, including on improving own skills.

 

- Shares work/project progress regularly to create awareness of the L&D team's work.

 

- Works within a global organization where virtual and presential work is central to the way work is done.
