Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist

For our Moncler Worldwide Legal Affairs & Brand Protection Dept. we are looking for an Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist to join the Team based at our HQ in Milan.
Your impact:
The Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist, reporting to the WW IP & BP Senior Manager, will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the brand and protecting the intellectual property assets globally.
Activities:
- Coordinate and manage civil and criminal litigation regarding violations of IP rights
- Manage and draft expert reports
- Coordinate and manage customs seizures and enforcement authorities within the territory, and provide specific training for law enforcement agencies
- Manage counterfeiting cases, both offline and online
- Manage relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers and industry associations
Who We Are Looking For
Main qualifications:
- Master's degree in legal studies with a specialization in IP law, license to practice law
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in the role within international company or law firm, focusing mainly on criminal aspects
- Strong knowledge of industrial law and industrial criminal law
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
