For our Moncler Worldwide Finance & Control Dept. we are looking for a Finance Transformation Coordinator to join the Team based at our HQ in Milan.

You impact
In a context of deep finance transformation, the Finance Transformation Manager will drive strategic innovation projects with a global scope, aligned with Group process & guidelines. 
The person will act across the finance organization (accounting, controlling, treasury) with the mission to create value by improving the digitalization and efficiency of processes.

 

Activities:

  • Collaborate with Technology Services to oversee vendor relations for finance-related contracts 
  • Support and contribute to the evolution of the finance transformation roadmap
  • Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from analysis to implementation
  • Manage and design finance processes, and implement new finance transformation projects

 

Who We Are Looking For
Main qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Administration
  • At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies or consulting firms
  • Deep knowledge of finance process (P2P, O2C; R2R, Closing, Consolidation)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP 
  • Experience in finance reporting and EPM system
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
