LOCATION:

We are looking for an Enfant Product Developer in Milan.
Initially, the candidate will frequently travel to our industrial HQ in Trebaseleghe to support the team and the person will later be based permanently in Milan.

 

Your Impact

The Product Developer will join our Team, reporting to the Enfant Product Manager Director. We are looking for a candidate with a previous experience gained in luxury & fashion contexts. The Enfant’s Product Developer at Moncler will be responsible for overseeing the product and technical development of the Enfant’s collections, with a particular focus on outerwear.

 

Activities:

  • Assistance to the PM in transferring designs from the Style and Product departments
  • Use PLM to create the BOM
  • Follow-up on prototype development
  • Organize color folders
  • Manage lab dips for new fabric colors
  • Style/product/pattern agenda coordination
  • Managing production fitting
  • Invoice approval

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in structured organizations:
  • Experience in Outerwear Garments;
  • Knowledge of Down Jackets;
  • Able to work both independently, and in teams, with a hands-on approach
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment
  • Fluent in English
  • PLM;

We Would Appreciate a Person That Is:

  • Practical person and action-oriented person;
  • A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging and creative approach to work and surroundings
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
  • Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
