Group Compensation & Benefit Specialist

The Compensation and Benefit department is responsible for overseeing employee compensation & benefit at a group level, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance and contributing to the wellbeing of Moncler Group people along time.

In particular, as a Comp&Ben Specialist, working in collaboration with the rest of the team, you will support the corporate Compensation and Benefit department, including the local HR teams, in all Group activities.

Using your abilities, you will play a key role in the global compensation and HR processes, including support in some of the most important activities for a listed company, such as an overall support to the Moncler Board of Directors. You will work closely alongside the HRBP and within internal groups to help identify compensation gaps, in order to build an energizing and inclusive compensation system and to attract and retain talents


Annual salary review process: it is one of the principal duties of the department, starting from the organizational mapping, it includes the definition and respect of the internal equity standard, the definition and compliance with the budget and the competitiveness with the local market.


Variable pay activities: short term and long term incentives, MBO and LTI, are part of the Moncler Group compensation policies. Definition of the mechanism, identification of the KPIs in close collaboration with business and finance teams, calculation of the final result and monitoring/estimation of the closing figures, are the key activities to oversee.

As a listed company, Moncler has to respect clear standards in terms of remuneration: cooperating with the corporate governance department, the team delivers all materials related for the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors and the Shareholders Meeting. It is responsible for the figures expressed in the Annual Remuneration Report, and collaborates with the Sustainability department to provide all HR information for the annual Not Financial Declaration.


Global mobility process: as experts on remuneration, the team supports the global career movements, overseeing fiscal impacts and immigration processes, designing expat compensation packages and monitoring the return.




  • 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in listed companies;
  • High level of confidentiality;
  • Strong analytical skills from a quantitative and qualitative point of view;
  • Degree in Economics and/or Statistics required;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player, always looking to build positive relationships with others;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
