FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM FEBRUARY
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Client Experience Intern to join our Client Experience team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Work within the Client Experience team to evolve the Client Journey in our global stores
- Manage Client centricity projects and track performance at a global and regional level
- Work with Moncler regional teams (APAC, Japan, Korea, EMEA, US) to collect feedback on projects and facilitate the rollout of such initiatives
- Align with departments internally at the HQ in Milan
- Organization of decks, reports, files, planning documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree or local country equivalent
- High proficiency in PPT & Excel
- Interest in Retail Luxury Fashion is a plus
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- International experience is a plus
