Business Planning and Reporting Intern

We are looking for a highly-motivated candidate to join our Business Planning & Control team in Milan: take the chance of starting your journey towards higher peaks by entering an ever-evolving company, willing to foster talents and embrace their uniqueness.

Key activities:

Carrying out of business performance reporting for the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channel, analyzing variances versus Budget/LY and implementing industry-specific KPIs;
Supporting in the annual Budget and Forecast process;
Supporting the preparation of periodic company performance documents;
Constant communication with Regional structures with reference to store performances;
Maintenance of store registry information necessary for reporting matters;
Performing ad hoc analysis;
Supporting the improvements of reporting for the DTC channel.

Key requirements:

Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering;
Proficient in English;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
Good interpersonal skills;
Passionate and proactive.
