Associate Legal Counsel

Moncler is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel based in Milan. 

Key accountabilities

• IT and new technologies

• Consumer and marketing law

• Real estate law and commercial leases
• Franchise and distribution
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and international contracts, with main focus on the following areas: Marketing & Communications, Event, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail.

Professional qualifications

• Minimum 5 years practical professional experience with a strong background within commercial law
• Legal background, preferably a mixture of law firm and in-house experience
• Good familiarity with GDPR as well as other relevant and upcoming laws and issues, including understanding of the E-Commerce Directive and its application to online platforms
• Good negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills for commercial contracts, legal compliance and general commercial transactions.
• Experience within legal project management
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communication skills in Italian and English, written and verbal
