IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS

 

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Control Intern to join our Logistics team in Castel San Giovanni.

 

 

ACTIVITIES:


In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

 

  • Manage and optimize storage spaces to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and control inventories, ensuring data accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
  • Analyze operational data and produce periodic reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in management engineering, mathematics, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • A positive, engaging and creative approach to work with surroundings
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
