We are looking for an engaged and passionate People & Culture Partner with a focus on Retail to join our HR team, in Milan, Italy.

 

Your Impact 


The People & Culture Partner, in partnering with our Retail Managers and Corporate stakeholders for the assigned area, will have a key role in managing an attractive scope of Full Price, Outlet, Travel Retail boutiques located in Italy, Spain and Ski Resort and Corporate EMEA based in Milan. 
 

Activities


• Be a key business partner of the principal Retail stakeholders daily in achieving company targets through human capital, ensuring talent as well as organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Manage the hiring process, contract definition and management, legal compliance, possible disciplinary and litigation management, across all countries of responsibility, liaising with local law firms and payroll providers
• Manage the governance and reporting of own set of personal data and documentation, in line with local mandatory and Corporate scheduling
• Implement, develop and maintain HRIS for relevant areas of responsibility, including time management and payroll activities
• Identify and evaluate, together with business leaders, key performers and talented employees to be further developed in the Company talent pool for promotions and mobility opportunities
• Liaise with business functions and coordinate with Corporate teams in order to manage efficiently and timely business planning, budgeting and forecast processes, for both personnel and HR functional costs
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing of every month, by keeping track and maintaining, while coordinating payroll providers, every relevant HR data 
• Manage both the Corporate and Retail Performance Management process, ensuring deep knowledge of people, competences, performances, and relevant actions to be planned
• Following the guidelines, manage Salary Review process, Sales Commission and MBO cycles, both corporate and retail
 

Who We Are Looking For


• Bachelor or Master Degree with major in HR 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern, multi-national and well-structured company as HR Business Partner for Retail
• Working proficiency in Italian, English and Spanish is mandatory for this role
• Professional track in Fast Moving Organizations, i.e. Retail, Consumer Goods
• Strong sensitivity regarding budget management and organizational efficiencies
• Ability to use Excel and HRIS (i.e. SAP Success Factor)
