Position located either in Paris or in Milano, depending on the candidate’s situation.

 

 

Directly reporting to the General Manager EMEA and with dotted line to the WW Outlet Director, the Outlet Retail Manager EMEA will lead Moncler and Stone Island Outlet stores in EMEA (15 stores located in Italy, France, Spain, UK, Ireland, Austria, Germany & The Netherlands).

 

Our Outlet Retail Manager EMEA will manage and supervise all activities of the Outlet stores through regular meetings and visits to each store, being responsible for managing operations, setting KPIs and guidance for Store Managers to develop performant teams and ensuring the development of the network in line with the brand's commercial strategy and guidelines.

 

Main activities will be:

 

  • Identify and maximize the development of the Outlet business for Moncler and Stone Island in EMEA, maximizing the sales results and KPIs within the network in line with the brand's targets
  • Analyze sales data, investigate the reason behind, plan and execute follow up to enhance sale and teams’ performance,
  • Create meaningful monthly business reports, highlighting achievements and problematic areas, offering recommendations on improvements and follow-up on all action plans in a timely manner,
  • Recruit, manage, provide guidance and coach the store managers to enable them to develop the business and their teams, creating a positive & energizing work environment consistent with our brand’s values,
  • Manage and motivate the team to boost performance and ensure efficiency and team work
  • Regularly report to the General Manager EMEA for sales performance, store activities, inventory situations and important issues, etc.,
  • Closely cooperate with the EMEA Operations team to ensure the correct application and implementation of corporate guidelines and procedures (regarding stock, inventories, legal, safety, security, sustainability, HR, …). Ensure that procedures and systems are clearly understood, run smoothly and comply with the needs of sales activity,
  • Ensure adherence to the brand image of the stores following the Visual Merchandising’s guidelines and provide stores any necessity to take action on store image, service and maintenance,
  • Work closely with the Retail Merchandising Department in providing product feedbacks for stock allocations and seasonal product trainings,
  • Build & maintain good relationships with Outlet Business Partners to support MONCLER GROUP Outlet sustainable growth,
  • Evaluate market opportunities and ensure the project management of new stores opening/ relocation/renovation,
  • Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects when necessary.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years retail working experience with 3+ years multi-store or store network management acquired in the luxury/ high-end fashion environment
  • Experience and/or strong understanding of the Outlet business in Europe
  • Capability to drive for results and deliver excellence, being target-oriented and client focus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate in luxury Retail fashion industry
  • Strong people management, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to prioritize task execution based on business needs
  • Available, adaptable, with sense of service and strong problem-solving skills
  • Full working proficiency in English while another language as Italian, German, French or Spanish would be an advantage for this role
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
