We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Collection Merchandising Assistant to join our Collection Merchandising Team, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.

 

 

Your Impact:

 

In this role as a Collection Merchandising Assistant, you will support the Genius Merchandising team in overseeing the business by optimizing the collections to fully address the market opportunities, in line with the Company's brand image and positioning.

 

 

Activities:

 

 

  • Develop weekly reporting on sales, best sellers and sell-through analysis
  • Draw up documents for our buying campaigns: collection and product details, buying files, etc.
  • Support the buying campaign activities
  • Support in the collection brief preparation and follow-up
  • Follow up on the collection development
  • Manage pricing and margin processes
  • Analyze trends, markets and competitors
  • Collaborate proactively with other departments (e.g. Retail Merchandising, Product Teams, Creative Team, Marketing & Communication)

 

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

 

Main Qualifications:

 

  • 3 years previous experience in a similar role for a luxury fashion brand
  • Graduate in Economics and Business or similar
  • Quantitative analytical skills and qualitative critical thinking 
  • Proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft programs
  • Professional knowledge of English
