IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS

 

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and engaged Legal Intern to join our Legal and Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Global HQ in Milan.

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

 

In this role, you will support our teams in the following activities:

  • All operative activities of the Legal and Intellectual Property & Brand Protection offices;
  • The management and archiving of Legal and Intellectual Property & Brand Protection files;
  • Case law research and pareristics in the field of commercial civil law;
  • In-depth study of new legislations/regulations;
  • The carrying out of screening for new products names, pay off, adv campaigns, collections and alike;
  • The operative management of administrative files.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law;

  • Fluent in English, both written and oral;

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);

  • Good interpersonal skills, including motivation, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in team and alone;

  • Analytics skills, problem solving approach.
