Seasonal/Temporary Sales Support

Moncler is looking for temporary staff for both our Madison and Soho location to support in driving its business throughout one of the most busiest times of the year. This temporary project will last on or around 4 months from October to February. The seasopnal sales support role is part time and will provide assistance to sales staff with customer purchases, and support all front and back-of house operations. ·Provide support to sales team

·Greet customers and ensure sales staff is available to assist them

·Assist in running merchandise from stock room to sales floor

·Provide stock support to Operations Supervisor

·Receive phone orders and provide high level of customer service

·Assisting with both front and back of house operations



·Interest in retail or previous experience in luxury retail sector

·1-2 experience in high volume, customer driven retail environment

·Ability to lift (at least 15 lbs.), carry, push/pull, kneel, climb, reach and bend

·Open availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings/closings, to meet the needs of the business 



·Must have authorization to work in the US and/or Canada

·Must be willing to work on weekends and flexibility for overtime with short notice

·Must be 18 years or older or have working papers



·Results-driven and customer focused

·Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers alike

·Possess strong attention to detail and can work with numbers

·Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary within the store

·Ability to work varied hours and days to ensure store is fully operational

·Ability to stand and walk for up to six hours each work day
