Supply Chain Environmental Sustainability Manager

For our Corporate Office, based in Trebaseleghe, we are looking for a Supply Chain Environmental Sustainability Manager.


The mission of the role is to ensure that Company’s practices, processes and procedures are sustainable and environmentally in compliance with the national and international regulations and aligned with the global best practices in supply chain for the Fashion, Luxury and Apparel industry, to start with.

To enhance Company’s reputation too and thus minimize the environmental impacts through the deployment of specific projects and initiatives along the supply chain.



Main Accountabilities


  • Contribute to create and proactively manage Moncler Environmental Policy related to energy, waste, water and chemicals management at the supply chain level.
  • Identify and manage current or potential environmental risks and define recovery and improvement actions along supply chain.
  • Establish science-based targets on climate and drive supply chain actions aligned with the pathway to achieve net-zero by 2050.
  • Oversee the reporting of Moncler suppliers carbon footprint and progress towards Moncler goals, specifically lead the company’s approach to climate disclosure and reporting.
  • Drive the delivery of a program dedicated to lowering Moncler’s footprint, by minimizing carbon and plastic impact of Moncler supply chain, using renewable energies and decreasing the waste of suppliers.
  • Define audits plans in the frame of Moncler suppliers risk management, in order to improve the supply chain environmental performance and implement specific trainings on sustainability related subjects.
  • Help to identify and implement supplier remediation and capacity building solutions around energy, water, wastewater and chemicals challenges in the context of broader environmental challenges.
  • Manage ESG questionnaires or requests regarding environmental impacts of the supply chain (e.g. CDP).


Organizational relationships


  • Reports to the Director of Sustainable Supply Chain
  • Acts within the Operations & Supply Chain Department, based in Padua, Italy, with an extensive domestic and international travelling 
  • Functionally reporting and closely collaborating with the Global Sustainability Unit
  • Cooperates with key team members across the collection development, purchasing and production, supply chain and logistics processes





  • Environmental or Chemical Engineering or Economics degree
  • At least 8/10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fashion, luxury and apparel
  • Proficiency in English
