Stage HR - Ricerca e Selezione

 

The intern will be involved in all recruitment activities supporting the team in sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates.

 

 

Activities:

 

 

- Define recruitment needs and job description drafting;

 

- Job posting into the relevant channels;

 

- Candidate screening and interviewing;

 

- Maintaining accurate data in HR database;

 

- Supporting actively Employer Branding projects and relationships with Universities.

 

 

Requirements:

 

- Degree in Humanities, Economics or Psychology;

 

- Flexibility, dynamism and team spirit;

 

- Good problem solving skills;

 

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

 

- Ability to work well independently and as a team;

 

- Results-oriented person with a positive attitude;

 

- Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels;

 

- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook).
