EMEA Junior Regional Allocator

MONCLER is looking for an EMEA Junior Regional Allocator based in Paris

Key Responsibility :

Ensure the best stock distribution for his/her region’s competence through daily allocation activities. Being constantly in touch with the Logistic Department, Store Managers, Retail Operations, Regional Merchandiser and Visual Merchandising teams to drive the deliveries and to grant the best assortment for each store. Providing support to all the business activities of the department.



Main responsibilities are:           

  • Define the allocation strategy together with Retail Allocation Manager with the aim of reaching finance sales target, guarantee the correct stock coverage and the assortment in store.
  • Manage daily distribution activities such as running replenishment rules, send new collections in store, confirm store orders, propose rebalancing of products among stores or warehouses.
  • Create standard analysis to understand business trends and stock situation. Report to management and action on outcome of these analysis.
  • Provide support to all operative allocation task such as management of store special requests, arrange store to store transfers, monitor delivery and help the stores with the logistics procedures.
  • Responsible for day-to-day information and communication with stores and area managers. Being the main contact between the stores and the corporate office for all distribution issues.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistic and Retail Operation to drive the deliveries in store at the right time. Define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraints.
  • Collaborate with HQ Allocation team to adjust and revise the store’s target stock levels based on sales trend and stock capacity, to evaluate assortment changes, manage exceptional cases and update parameters on the system.



  • Master Degree or equivalent
  • First experience as Allocator, Planner or Business Analyst in a Retail environment
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced level in Excel, knowledge of Board system would be a plus)
  • Fluency in English, while another language would be an advantage
  • Team building ability, proactivity and excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on and Ability to plan and prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of e-commerce allocation, fashion system & logistic complexity would be a great plus
