Client Service Back Office Specialist- Fluent English & German

Moncler is looking for a multilingual Client Service Advisor (Fluent in English and German) to join our dynamic EMEA Client Service team based in Paris.

 

 

- Manage all requests related to payments via our tools and our Accounting Department: Riskified fraud check, Chargeback, Dispute, Failed refund, Ghost orders, Manual refund

- The opening and follow up on investigations with our carrier and emails with our logistics department/warehouses

- Perform quality control of customer returns in accordance with our procedures and return policy

- Manage incoming requests for authentication of our products

- Be attentive to the issues reported by our customers to our teams and propose improvements to our website (Jira)

- Support the Front Office team when required

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment in fashion or luxury industry

- Natural flair for dealing with people, empathy and intuition

- The key to the role is communication to guide our customers to manage their expectations and also to liaise with other departments to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction

- Action-oriented and drive for results, excellent team player

- Enjoy working as a team to deliver results, learn and share knowledge

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to support the front office activities if needed

- Native or equivalent written and spoken English and Full professional proficiency in German – any additional languages (as Italian, French, Spanish) are considered as real advantages for the role.

- Possess IT skills: ERP, CRP platforms
