Omnichannel Client Service Advisor

Moncler is looking for an Omnichannel Client Service Advisor for the Client Service structure based in Milan HQ

 

The resource will play a key role in providing a personalized best-in-class service for clients, understanding the needs of Moncler client.

Main tasks will be:

  • Provide assistance to our client by fielding requests and resolving any service or product related issues that may arise both through emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner demonstrating luxury through service;
  • Understand Moncler client’s needs, experiences and interests in order to highlight the client point of view, giving effective feedback to the key business stakeholders;
  • Accurately track client details using CRM systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian, English and another language (Russian, Spanish, French);
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Be really passionate about the fashion industry;
  • Natural flair for dealing with people, empathy and intuition;
  • Action-oriented and drive for results, excellent team player.
  • Proficient in use of computer and software applications.
