Integrated Media Manager

The Integrated Media Manager will shape the brand mission through the creation of media partnerships and online media strategies, delivering the brand message to dedicated targeted audiences with a strong focus on the Global Moncler Genius communication execution in the Americas, impacting both Americas and worldwide client brand engagement.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Partner closely in tandem with Moncler’s PR agency, PR Consulting, and VP of Marketing & Communications to develop high-level concepts and strategic implementation to drive brand awareness
  • Develop and execute strategic media plan across digital and print, setting KPI’s and tracking ROI  
  • Execute digitally-led PR practices for key markets in the region, leveraging global PR & Communications strategies and brand knowledge, overseeing and connecting national and local PR activities
  • Manage local PR activities in coordination with US PR agency
  • Identify and track results across print, digital and OOH to maintain media standards
  • Implement innovative PR techniques, compelling story ideas, clear messaging and exciting tools targeting online media through special project activations, hero digital editorials and dedicated e-tailers programs
  • Select and maintain key relationships with media partners
  • Implement the brand media list, identifying new platforms to test in addition to identifying new communications solution
  • Develop multimedia and editorial special project strategies to build online and social media presence on the brand
  • Oversee the organization of corporate events, offline and online media plan, reports and strategy to improve the brand awareness locally
  • Leverage organizational expertise to partner closely with worldwide digital marketing and social media teams
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • More than 5 years of experience at an agency or a similar in-house role
  • 4 years of media planning and buying experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with proficient use of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
  • Self-starter with ability to organize and manage workload and work independently
  • Travel minimum 2 months per year (International and Domestic)

This position is classified as exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, as this employee’s primary duties consist of the performance of office or non-manual field work directly related to management policies and/or general operations.  Moreover, it is expected of this position that the employee will customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment, utilizing his or her training, experience, and knowledge.
