We are looking for an engaged and passionate Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability Department, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy. 

 

Your Impact:  

 

The Sustainability Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of sustainability reporting strategies within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role will also help improve and oversee strategies and practices for human rights due diligence in the supply chain.

Activities:

 

  • Research on reporting standards, competitor performance and stakeholder trends with regards to sustainability 
  • ESG data collection process in line with Sustainability Reporting Standards
  • Collection of qualitative and quantitative information to be included in ESG ratings  
  • Implementation of engagement activities and specific projects on sustainability 
  • Ensure human rights and due diligence in the supply chain are integrated into our sustainability practices

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

 Main Qualifications:

 

  • Proven working experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field like Law or Business/Economics
  • Experiences in with Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Strong affinity with Sustainability 
  • Expertise in human rights and related due diligence in the supply chain

  • Structured and proactive, demonstrating an independent work attitude
  • Data-driven and analytical
