Social Media Coordinator


We are looking for an engaged and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. The Social Media Coordinator will focus on Moncler’s social media strategy in coordination with the global marketing plan with the responsibility of Moncler’s global social channels.


We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in Social Media marketing and within luxury fashion. We are seeking a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative. Being engaged in cultivating meaningful relationships with teammates through communication and collaboration is paramount.


Interest and attention to global popular culture as it relates to emerging social media trends and best practices in the social sphere is a must. Utilizing an inclusive mindset is key; as is the ability to work simultaneously on projects while managing various deadlines independently.


We are seeking a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative who has experience with engaging social and digital communities. A knowledge of and interest in social cultural trends is paramount.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work within the Communications & Digital Teams to create the global Social Media editorial plan
  • Work with Moncler regional teams to produce and publish social posts, reporting and planning. Moncler’s global social channels include but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, Line and Kakaotalk
  • Moncler social channels analysis and reporting / Competitor social analysis and reporting
  • Work alongside Paid Media team to effectively coordinate and launch organic and paid campaigns, optimizing to drive business and reach effectively.
  • Ongoing research on new social trends and innovative digital communication approaches
  • Interact daily with teams’ including Legal, PR, Content, Events, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, and Merchandising teams to support ongoing social needs.
  • Organization and oversight of payment processes and contracts for Social Media activations
  • Organization of decks, reports, files, planning documents




  • International candidates and international experience is welcome and highly appreciated
  • Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or local country equivalent
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Italian is a plus
  • High proficiency in publishing on social media channels in the various formats offered
  • High proficiency in Keynote & Excel
