Product Content Copy

Product Copy provides impactful and on-brand text to story tell and elevate product descriptions and visual elements on the digital commerce platform.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to continuous evolution of Moncler’s written tone of voice and deliver a consistent brand tone of voice across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and own all copy elements, writing in an inspiring and editorial tone.
  • Produce content for a range of different channels for daily uploads regarding  product content flow e.g product descriptions, newsletters
  • Coordinate product content copy flow, ensure accuracy and fact-check all content and implement quality control activities
  • Build productive relationships with D-Comm, Merchandising, Marketing, Style, Digital Media & SEO and other key stakeholders to tell compelling product stories, ensuring copy aligns with priorities and strategic direction.
  • Interface with Regions to ensure, externally, a consistent tone of voice and internally, a common technical language.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of proven creative writing and copy editing experience
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Know-how in project management and experienced in managing complex projects with several stakeholders
  • Experience in fashion e-commerce, editorial or digital media environments  
  • Knowledge of fashion, trends, designer collections; understanding of fine garment construction—silhouettes/cuts, garment features, textiles/fabrications, design/tailoring terms, trims and embellishments
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with different digital CMS’.
  • Ability to work with global team and co-ordinate with translators.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
