Omnichannel Training Specialist

The Omnichannel Training Specialist will support the Omnichannel Training Team in designing training content in different formats (video, games, interactive lessons, readings) and with different tones of voice based on our stakeholders’, learners’ needs, and training guidelines. Furthermore, you will help manage the editorial calendar and the training app.

 

You will have a number of core activities in the role, including:

 

  • Capability to understand the best way to translate and communicate a specific training request

  • Ability to adapt the tone of voice to different targets, topics, and format

  • Ability to manage stakeholders at corporate level and from the regions

  • Ability to understand retail logics and dynamics

 

What we are looking for: 

 

  • 3-4 years of experience

  • A clear understanding  of and hands-on experience with “digital” communication

  • Strong project management skills 

  • A user-centered and design driven approach

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.

  • If possible, retail experience 

  • Preferably have previous experience in the digital learning field
