Omnichannel Client Events Internship

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Omnichannel Client Events Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

- Helping with the daily coordination and update of the WW client events and activations calendar;
- Assisting the team in organizing client events and exceptional experiences inside and outside our stores;  
- Managing gifts data entry and delivery status;
- Mantaining and create relationships with all the Events' suppliers;
- Supporting with the creation of report based on targets assigned for each gift + calculation of main KPIs.

 

Requirements:

 

- Degree in Economy/Communications/similar;
- A strong passion for Luxury and Fashion;
- An experience in Clienteling, Events, Retail, Hospitality is a plus;
- Flexibility, organizational skills and a proactive attitude;
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Excel and Power Point.
