Pricing Manager

Pricing Manager will be responsible for driving the pricing strategy, according to merchandising guidelines, defining a proper framework for modelling global pricing as a key element of marketing mix and Brand strategy. This is a highly cross-functional, high impact role that will require coordination across multiple stakeholders across the business, working closely with Operations and Supply Chain Planning & Control.


  • Actively participate in merchandising and business strategy meetings understanding overall goals, budgets, strategies, constraints and key operating parameters
  • Construct and execute the pricing structure of any new currency, market and pricelist providing frameworks and recommendations
  • Conduct in depth weekly review of the business and perform analysis of regional sales
  • Identify risks and opportunities based on product performance
  • Work with all Merchandising teams to cost new products
  • Monitor alignment of prices among different categories (RTW and accessories)
  • Monitor alignment of prices across channels (Retail/Wholesale/Ecommerce), communicating any changes with relevant teams
  • Define and develop various Pricing & Sales Analytics dashboards/reports for standard and ad hoc requests
  • Research and track competitor pricing, market and macro trends.



  • Degree with a strong focus on economics, business, engineering statistics and/or data mining.
  • Experience within roles of Brand/Merchandising in the fashion industry
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury product
  • Deep knowledge and sensitivity to global competitive scenario and trends
  • Demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills, ability to be innovative and solution-oriented
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build, maintain and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability with the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written.
