WHAT ABOUT THE ROLE

Full time position as Intern lasting a minimum of six months in the team in our Worldwide Finance & Control HQs in Milan, Italy.

 

You will:

  • Supporting business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and related presentations for management teams with a storytelling approach

  • Supporting the communication of insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management including Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, and Omnichannel teams

  • Working closely with internal clients and managerial staff

  • Serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders

  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

  • Supporting the analysis of specific items in the Income Statement and Balance Sheet

  • Logistics reporting activities

  • Entry of purchase orders in SAP MM

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU

 

You should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering 

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Previous internship experience, even short, in management consulting is considered a plus

  • A knack for numbers and analytical thinking

  • The ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

  • Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
