JUNIOR UX DESIGNER

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Junior UX Designer to become part of our Digital Design Experience Team. 

 

A professional with 1-2 years of experience in UX, a solid knowledge of the user experience process and experience in designing for mobile and desktop devices are required and a good background in interface and especially interaction design.

 

Working in collaboration with UX experts and digital designers (web & apps) you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process from analysis and architecture to design and test.

 

You will support cross-functional teams throughout the full lifecycle of product development and be expected to utilize a full range of research, product design, and interaction design skills, enabling us to create solutions that delight and excite users while fulfilling their needs.

  

YOUR IDENTIKIT

 

  • Experience with interface design for mobile and web-responsive,
  • Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
  • Ability to synthesize user data and research to create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and interface mockups
  • An aptitude for translating and documenting design ideas into visuals that can be shared with all parts of the business
  • Passion for digital products, technology, creativity, and an openness to new design ideas
  • Ability to work closely with designers and developer in order to design experiences that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs
  • Engage the entire UX team in championing and maintaining design principles and the user experience strategy

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Minimum 1 years of design experience
  • Expert understanding of interaction, experience design, and visual design principles
  • Design background: portfolio with examples of your approach to interactions and visuals
  • Experience with design software and tools such as Figma Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision,
  • Experience in interactive prototypes which includes micro-interaction
