Global Head of Retail Performance

 

As Global Head of Retail Performance for Moncler, you will manage our in-store Performance process, with the aim of achieving continuous improvement across all stores Worldwide.

You will lead implementation of KPIs, projects and tools to analyse, measure and improve performance.

 

Activities will include:

  • Advising Top Management on a regular basis regarding store performance
  • Implementing solutions aimed at streamlining and better-managing the sales process
  • Designing and delivering activities to increase different KPIs (e.g. UPT, Cross-Selling, Client Retention)
  • Oversee the delivery of regular reports to be shared throughout the business
  • Monitoring under-performing and over-performing stores, supporting the definition of action plans in order to manage these
  • Secure the right reward and commission scheme across markets, in partnership with HR and the other corporate functions involved
  • Scouting for new, innovative solutions to implement in our stores

 

Who we are looking for?

 

We are looking for someone with minimum 8-10 years of experience.

  • Relevant and consolidated experience in Retail Performance, including the definition of KPIs
  • Previous experience in the Fashion & Luxury Industry
  • Previous experience in Retail (or solid proven understanding of Retail practices and processes)
  • Solid leaderships skills and enthusiastic approach to change
  • Strong numerical skills, including the ability to collect, analyse and present data
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to work
  • Fluent in English
