E-mail Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

 

  • You will be managing the Direct Marketing strategy through Email, Push and SMS on a Global level; working in a strict collaboration with the regional teams, CRM, Content, Copywriting, Merchandising, Retail, E.commerce and IT departments;
  • You will defining the Direct Marketing plan focusing on the retail and online customers, along with the marketing lists, segments and templates, A/B tests, content and copy brief preparation, reporting and analysis;
  • You will collaborate with multiple stakeholder, both internal & external, and lead the customer journeys envisioning, implementation and monitoring;
  • You will be defining the CRM campaign strategy and segments through DB analysis;
  • You will be managing the transactional communication for the e-commerce website, as well as gather requirements and improvements, define priorities, do UAT and report bugs;

 

Requirements 

 

  • 3-5 years in a similar role;
  • Must be fluent in English & Italian;
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or knowledge gained through experience;
  • Experience with Customer Journeys and transactional emails implementation;
  • Experience with mobile marketing;
  • Project Management skills (familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday is a plus);
  • Understanding of the email marketing & deliverability best practices;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & AMP is a plus;
