Digital Engagement & Loyalty Manager

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Engagement & Loyalty Manager to join our Digital team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding consumer data, taking into account the strategies and projects to be implemented;  
  • Identify and analyse our different consumer groups and develop an ad hoc strategy for each of them, based on their specific needs and special features, to generate benefits for them;
  • Design the strategy and benefits of the loyalty program, with focus on our digital channels;
  • Identify strategic opportunities to engage and retain consumers through Moncler’s loyalty program and increase their lifetime value, track and measure the impact of benefits and initiatives;
  • Focus on innovative special projects aimed at boosting the channel adoption and performance (e.g. NFT);
  • Play a pivotal role with different functions (e.g. merchandising, brand) to implement and carry out all the projects and the activities, aligning efforts and ensuring the proposition is consistent;
  • Data Capture and Consent: be always up-to-date with for the privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, PILP) of our clients, and regulatory changes that will develop over time on a global scale.




  • Engineering Master or Business Administration degree or similar;
  • 5+ years of experience in the field; 
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with customer data and analytics, such as customer profiling, segmentation and recommendation; 
  • Capability to translate the information contained in complex data into actionable strategic insights with excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills; 
  • Excellent follow-through, prioritization skills, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent use of Excel and Ppt; Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Team player + ability to work with a diverse set of professionals;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
