Digital Commerce Merchandiser

The Digital Commerce Merchandiser, in cooperation with the D-commerce Regional team, is responsible for the online store maintenance and performance.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of activities related to online catalog updates: delivery plan and product publication
  • Organize and oversee the editorial plan flow making sure all materials are delivered on time and dedicated products available online
  • Analyze sales to create placement strategies for products, highlighting where improvements can be made to drive conversion and revenue
  • Liaise with Buying team to ensure the digital product strategy is aligned with the investments
  • Work closely with Digital Commerce Projects Development to actively support both merchandising and technical team for enhancement and new projects
  • Review trends on a regular basis to ensure the approach to digital merchandising is optimized and best in class

 

Requirements

 

We are looking for a self-motivated team member who has a background in and passion for luxury fashion. The ideal candidate would encompass these points:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 5 years of relevant e-commerce experience
  • Office Package advanced user (excel, powerpoint)
  • Ability to use e-commerce platforms (SFCC, Hybris, Magento, PIM, ranking tools, AI for customization/personalization programs)
  • Knowledge of platforms/marketplaces APAC (WeChat, Tmall)
  • Knowledge of website usability/optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, under deadline
  • Able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners
