Digital Analytics Specialist

Role:

 

The Data & Digital Intelligence team is looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop analysis of website/app through Google Analytics and ContentSquare focusing on behavior and user journey to deliver insights and drive decisions;
  • Perform ad hoc analysis focused on specific digital projects (i.e. personalization, new launches, exclusive contents, website evolutions, etc.);
  • Monitor online properties scouting for issues, improvements and opportunities to provide a better user journey on Moncler.com;
  • Support the tag management system development and integration, ensuring data quality;
  • Cooperate with project managers and digital teams on new projects and evolutions;
  • Support digital teams in running analysis and reporting independently through Google Analytics.

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for a self-motivated team member who has a passion for luxury and fashion.

 

The ideal candidate would encompass these points: 

 

  • 3 years of professional experience in digital analytics role, both on web and app;
  • Degree in Digital, Management Science or Economics;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (knowledge of GA4 is a plus) and ContentSquare;
  • Ability on setting technical tracking documentation for developers (Google Tag Manager and Firebase);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI);
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to handle projects simultaneously, under tight deadline.
