Compensation & Benefits Internship

Role

Working in collaboration with the rest of the team, you will support the corporate Compensation and Benefit department, including the regional HR teams, in all worldwide activities. Using your abilities, you will play a key role in the global compensation and HR processes, including support in some of the most important activities for a listed company, such as an overall support to the Moncler Board of Directors. You will work closely alongside the HRBP and within internal groups to help identify compensation gaps, in order to build an energizing and inclusive compensation system and to attract and retain talents


Activities
 

  • Support the WW management team and top management in the definition of the WW KPIs linked to the MBO system, calculations of the final result and monitoring/estimation of the closing figures
     
  • Analysis of Key Performance Indicators for the Sustainability Report, alongside with regional HR, Sustainability department and the whole HQ Human Resources function
     
  • Contribute to coordinate the annual salary review process, ensuring the internal equity standard, the compliance with budget and secure the market catch up
     
  • Coordinate and define the timing of WW HR processes such as performance appraisal, feedback meetings and global career opportunities
     
  • Support in Global Mobility process, supervision of fiscal impacts and immigration process, and design of expat compensation package
     
  • Collaboration with legal, finance and corporate governance teams in managing the needed materials for Board of Directors and  Nomination and Remuneration Committee, such as Long term incentives plan, approval/review of top management compensation packages, annual  job weighting (Hay method) and market catch up

 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Student/recent graduate in Economic/Statistics with a predisposition for analysis and synthesis 
     
  • Strong analytical skills from a quantitative and qualitative point of view;
     
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
     
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
     
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
     
  • Team player, always looking to build positive relationships with others;
     
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
