Client Advisor full time - Milano Galleria

Moncler is looking for exceptional Full Time and Part Time Client Advisor for our boutique in Milan Galleria .

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with clients in accordance with the Moncler Selling ceremony
• Achieves and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, etc.)
• Develops and fosters long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients
• Maintain company merchandise presentation standards
• Develop and maintain product knowledge
• Support in inventory preparation and execution
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in luxury retail
• Passionate about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
• Strong communication skills 
• Fulent English
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
