Brand Management Coordinator

We are looking for a Brand Management Coordinator to join our WW HQs in Milan in our Marketing & Communication Dept.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Focus on product-related marketing strategies to support brand image and elevation objectives
  • Competitor analysis (constant monitoring) + exploring new areas of opportunities
  • Seasonal marketing calendars – product launches, key communication moments, campaign planning and organization
  • Cross-functional work and coordination and of the key brand players to execute 360 strategies (Studio, Press, Media, Social Media, Social Media Paid, Digital, Events, CRM and Windows teams in order to provide an aligned and diversified communication for each project.)
  • Customer experience (physical and digital) strategy, coordinating all the relevant functions (Content, VM, events, CRM, etc)
  • Coordination of all the regions to analyze needs and local opportunities with consequent development of initiatives to drive brand growth (awareness and revenue)
  • Budget management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Very strong on product – ability to manage a wide offer of different products
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge of the environment – key media to work with, competitors efforts and strategies, being up-to-date with the evolution of communication
  • Digital savy
  • Think outside the box
  • Advanced computer skills in Keynote/PPT
