The Role: Client Advisor Manager

We are currently looking for someone who Proactively achieves sales performances and key qualitative objectives and constantly encourages the team, ensuring excellence in the Client Experience with respect to brand image and the Stone Island Client Promise. In coordination with the Store Manager, the Client Advisor Manager is engaged in managing, coaching, and motivating a dedicated sales team with passion, enthusiasm, and engagement
The Day-To-Day
CLIENTELING
- Collects client's valuable information throughout the journey
- Proactively engages in 1to1 activities to nurture the relationships with Clients, with a special focus on VIC
- Coaches Client Advisors to develop 1to1 Clienteling activities
TEAM MANAGEMENT/DEVELOPMENT
- Coordinates, trains, and coaches the staff to guarantee their professional growth
- Ensures the team is always motivated, competent, informed, aware of corporate policies, and stimulated to be up-to-date
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Has strong knowledge of the collection
- Provides insights on fabrics and product specificities
BUSINESS
- Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team one’s
- Maximizes sales opportunity by leveraging cross-selling
- Develops business strategies to build Client’s community, increases store traffic, and optimizes profitability
- Guarantees excellent client experience and supervises the sales process, ensuring the client promise is understood, embodied, and applied
OPERATIONS/STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Assists in administration, accounting, visual, and stock
- Assists in guaranteeing the safety of the products and valuable materials in the Store and in the stockroom
- Ensures the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
Key Qualifications.
- Good (3 to 5 years) experience in managerial roles in Fashion Retail/Hospitality, preferably in a Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competition in the market
- Ability to drive the business by both achieving personal sales goals and overall team goals
- Ability in dealing with people
- Excellent client service, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience in Visual Merchandising
- Strong brand ambassadorship in line with the brand image
- Very trustworthy, flexible, and autonomous
- Fluency and sophistication in the local language, proficiency in English – additional language is a plus
- Openness to new technologies. Knowledge of MS Office, Clienteling, and payment systems and tools

Stone Island includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 per year to $80,000 per year. In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for commission and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, paid holidays, accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time, 4 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
