Omnichannel Operations Supervisor


For our regional office in Hong Kong, we are looking for Omnichannel Operations Supervisor.


Omnichannel Operations Supervisor, assist Omnichannel Operations Manager, Asia Pacific to maintain and enhance the retail operation efficiency in order to achieve a better business result.


Job task and responsibilities:

  • Maintain the smooth operation of retail stores of Asia Pacific markets (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia)
  • Enhance the operation efficiency of each store and work with other departments to achieve better operations and business result
  • Monitor the process in new store opening and store renovation including store equipment’s ordering /delivery, logistic flow of non-merchandises, etc
  • Assist in internal projects (IT, logistic and after sales) for the responsible regions.
  • Consolidate and be the key contact person with store team/ suppliers/ vendors and partners on retail operation projects and non-merchandise materials
  • Manage the external suppliers
  • Assist in other projects from HQ


Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience, preferable in international fashion brands
  • Good knowledge of store's environment and daily dynamics, previous in-store working experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Organize, strong communication skill, independent with positive can-do attitude
  • Willing to travel for business
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Candidate will less experience might be considered as Omnichannel Operations Officer
