Client Advisor Manager - Singapore MBS

For our Flagship boutique in Singapore Marina Bay Sands (MBS), we are looking for a Client Advisor Manager.


Moncler Client Advisor Manager takes on the role of Brand Ambassador, being responsible for growing their store’s sales by providing an exceptional level of service to their clients and managing the operations of their stores efficiently.


Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (store sales, UPT, Conversion, Productivity and Inventory)
  • Provide motivation to sales team and lead by example at all times
  • Responsible for daily operations ensuring the store efficiency
  • Ensure the Moncler Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently
  • Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.)
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers proactively by using internal Clienteling tools.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to customers


Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years retail experience, with 3 years in managerial roles, luxury retail is preferred
  • Passion for the brand, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skill
  • Customer service oriented with commercial mindset
  • Willingness to evolve in the organization
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Openness to new technologies
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin 
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
